In my first professional role at Hearst, I honed my skills in graphic design for advertising and editorial promotions, specifically targeted for print media. My responsibilities included researching and developing graphic trends tailored to the dynamic realms of fashion, beauty, culture, and interior design. I was tasked with designing eye-catching graphics for various events organized by the special initiatives department, ensuring each visual component resonated with the intended audience.

I was privileged to create physical and digital mood boards for renowned magazines such as Elle, Elle Decor, Marieclaire, Marie-Claire Maison, Esquire, and Cosmopolitan. Delving into innovative layouts, I brought creative visions to life, combining technical proficiency with a keen aesthetic sense to produce compelling designs that stood out in a competitive market.

Additionally, I was fortunate to contribute to special initiatives such as the graphic design of wayfinding for the Elle Active event and the first launch of the print edition of Esquire Italia. These projects provided me with valuable opportunities to explore and apply innovative design techniques in prominent settings.

Beyond print, I expanded my expertise to digital, creating banners and mastheads for the magazines' digital versions. This experience enabled me to understand the techniques and nuances of digital advertising, further enhancing my versatility as a graphic designer.

This experience allowed me to blend creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that every design looked good and effectively communicated the desired message. Through this role, I developed a robust understanding of using visual elements to engage and captivate an audience, setting a strong foundation for my career in art direction and graphic design.
